Flavours

We are happy to offer several amazing flavours to you for most cakes. Keep in mind there may be some restrictions necessary to accommodate carving or decorating requirements.

Some of our most popular flavours are:

White Orchid (Vanilla), Chocolate Fudge, Mocha Madness, Lemon Lift, Orange Dream, Banana Zest, Pink Lemonade, Cranberry Almond, Orange Chocolate

Also available: Chocolate Obsession (flourless chocolate torte) (this is suitable for single layers but does not carve or stack well.)

Fresh new flavours available: Peach Almond and Mojito Chocolate!

Frosting


Most of our cakes are covered in fondant, in order to achieve the smooth finish and incredible shapes.  Wild Cakes has searched long and hard for the very best available fondants; we are now proud to offer our standard white fondant (which can be coloured any shade of the rainbow!), as well as a gorgeous dark chocolate fondant that smells and tastes divine!

We use Italian Meringue Buttercream (IMBC) as our primary frosting. Made with real butter and egg whites, it offers a truly delicious and smooth texture that's not overly sweet. We offer IMBC in the following scrumptious flavours:
Bourbon Vanilla, Chocolate Heaven, Mocha Madness, Caramel Dreams, Canadian Maple, Raspberry Indulgence (made with real raspberries!), Lemon Drop, or Orange Cream

we almost never use artificial flavours in any of our baking, but please ask if you have a concern about any ingredient!
