To ensure your wedding cake is everything you dream of, Wild Cakes is happy to offer no-obligation consultations for all wedding cakes, at no extra charge!
We schedule one consultation date per month; Monday evening or Tuesday daytime:

Things to know about your wedding cake consultation:
When you come for your consultation, please bring as much of the following as you can:
·photos of cakes you love or hate; both are very important!
·any colour swatches you have
·the type of flowers you will carry or decorate with
·any ideas you have for decoration of the hall
·the “feel” you want your wedding to have: beautiful, traditional, personal, funky, modern, chic, etc.
·photos of your gown/ bridesmaids gowns (for detail inspiration!)
·name, address, phone #, contact name for your reception site; date and time of your reception
·name & phone # for an alternate contact person on your wedding day
·contact information for your florist, photographer and reception site
·approximately how many guests you are expecting, and whether you plan to serve cake as dessert or later in the evening
·cake topper ideas or bring the actual topper if you have already purchased it!
Included in your consultation is a set of cupcake samples of our more popular flavours for you to take home and try! Please advise if there are any food sensitivities we should be aware of.
Your consultation should take between 30-60 minutes. Please arrive on time as we may have other consultations booked immediately after yours. Please call ahead if you must cancel your consultation.
if you wish to book your date at your consultation, a down-payment of 50% is required in cash (unless your wedding is more that 3 months away, in which case cash or cheque will be accepted.)
If you have a budget in mind for your cake, let us know so we can ensure we are discussing designs that will fit within that budget!
