Whether you are planning a wedding, a corporate function, or another celebration, Wild Cakes can create a cake that will WOW your guests!

Wild Cakes is also a proud member of Baked from Scratch; an on-line group of cake & cupcake artists who are dedicated to maintaining the quality that only true scratch baking can provide!

Wild Cakes is a studio business so cakes are available by special order only.  We recommend at least 2 weeks notice for your party cakes, and at least 3 months for your wedding cakes, but we would be happy to discuss squeezing you into our schedule if it is possible!

Melissa Capyk is the owner and creative force behind Wild Cakes.

With a background in both fine arts and architecture, she has been creating unique cakes for over 10 years. Mel has competed locally in the local Icing Inspirations and CSSA competitions (garnering a Sponsor's Choice Award) and as far away as Tulsa, Oklahoma in the prestigious OSSAS Wedding Cake competition. She can also be seen in the premiere of the new Canadian cake competition show on Slice Network: Cake Walk!
